Carrie Fisher Is Positive Trump's Got Coke Drip

Regardless of what actual policy was discussed during the second presidential debate, the chatter surrounding Sunday’s event has focused on three things: problematic favorite average man Kenneth Bone, the looming body language of Donald Trump, and the Republican candidate’s sniffles. No one knows for certain why a candidate who claims to be in such perfect health has sniffed his way through the last two debates. But actress, writer, and former addict Carrie Fisher is convinced that cocaine is to blame.

In an exchange with a fan on Twitter during the debate, the actress — most famous for her portrayal of Princess Leia in Star Wars — was asked, “[T]ell me something about that sniffle…coke head or no?” Fisher succinctly replied, “I’m an expert & ABSOLUTELY.”

This isn’t the first time that someone has theorized that Trump’s consistent sniffling is cocaine related. After the first debate, former doctor and governor of Vermont Howard Dean raised the question of whether or not Trump was a “Coke user.”

It’s the sort of conjecture that has been weirdly ignored by both parties. Sure, if Trump was a long-time user of the favored drug of the affluent middle-class then it’s possible that he would suffer from some sniffs. The National Institute of Drug Abuse says that regular cocaine snorting could lead to an irritation of the nasal septum, which causes a “chronically inflamed, runny nose.”

But these are only allegations for now. For all his other scandals, Trump is famously straight-edge. Fisher may be convinced Trump is a user, but we’ll need to see the receipts before any conclusions are made.
