If you don’t believe that a simple, inexpensive item can make life much, much easier, I would like to introduce you to humble soap, our ally in the fight against dirt, smelling bad, and many plagues. Without it, life would be very hard indeed, which is why humans have been using it since the Babylonians invented it in around 2800 B.C. You can buy a bar of it for a dollar, and you wouldn’t like living without it. Convinced? I know I don’t have to convince you that life is freaking hard. Because wow.
