Following rave reviews at 2017’s Sundance Film Festival, Netflix’s dark dramedy To the Bone got its first official trailer on Tuesday. Having received rave reviews from festivalgoers, To the Bone, which stars Lily Collins (Love, Rosie, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones) as a young woman dealing with anorexia and her doctor, Keanu Reeves (John Wick, Speed), is set to premiere on Netflix in July.

The new trailer for To the Bone, which was directed by Marti Noxon, introduces Collins’s Ellen, a 20-year-old girl who counts calories with the efficiency of a mathlete and who’s been in and out of anorexia treatment centers for years. Reeves, meanwhile, plays Dr. William Beckham, an unconventional doctor and therapist “who challenges her to face her condition and embrace life,” according to the film’s official synopsis.

Throughout the trailer, Ellen deteriorates before the audience’s eyes, growing frailer and shedding weight until she resembles a ghost of her former self. Eventually, she makes friends at Dr. Beckham’s treatment center and they, alongside her stepmother (Carrie Preston) and younger sister (Liana Liberato), try their hardest to help Ellen through her sickness while dealing with their own problems.

To the Bone premieres on Netflix on July 14.
